These mateadas emerged as an initiative in which the President and the CEO of Grupo Bermejo, also the Manager of each Business Unit, have the possibility to encounter with all the employees and to talk about the values from Grupo Bermejo in daily activity.
It began from the idea that Values can be experienced in everyday work, in the tasks each one does, and can be seen through actions or behaviors, processes and organizational practices.
Their main goal was to create a close dialogue space enabling meaningful conversations among the members of each group from the company.
Mateadas were performed in three Business Units (Gualeguaychu – Herrera Vegas and in Capital Federal) and all employees took part and performed different activities.
The initiative began to have continuity after seeing the rewarding experiences lived. It is repeated annually and it focuses on different organizational aspects.
